<p><strong>Location</strong>: Situated in JVC, which was a popular neighborhood in 2022, V1TER is close to Palm Jumeirah and Dubai Marina. It&#8217;s also conveniently located near major attractions but is away from busy tourist areas. Travel time by car to anywhere in Dubai is approximately 25 minutes.</p>

<p><strong>Pricing and Service Charge</strong>: Anticipated service charges are AED 15 per sq. ft. The prices for a studio range from 377,38 to 391,81, for a 1-bedroom apartment from 634,32 to 817,09, for a 2-bedroom apartment from 999,97 to 1033,98, and for a 3-bedroom apartment from 1465,64 to 1621,90.</p>



<p><strong>Future Development</strong>: Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan consists of the creation of the Blue metro line that is set to enhance the area’s connectivity through the 20-Minute City program. The Dubai 2040 Urban Master Plan has identified JVC as one of the projects of high importance.</p>
